Have you ever worked really hard on an animation and after you saved it, it looked all messed up?

Here's the solution to your problem.

Once you have finished making your gif and you are ready to save it,

click file

save as

name your gif

then on the first box that pops up

Click on Customize

Make sure your Number of Colors:

is on 255 colors

click OK

 then finish saving your gif.

That should completely take care of your problem.
