I'll be using Animation Shop 3 and PSP 8 for this tutorial.
I'll be using 1 glitter fill, you can right click and download it.
I'll be using 2 fonts, saginaw and luv n kisses, you can download them below if you don't have them already.
Open animation shop 3, go to file then open and open glitter 1, it's the red glitter.
You should be seeing this
Open PSP8
Go to file, then new
Make the width 350 and height 120 with transparent checked, click OK.
Now on your glitter fills like above, right click on the first glitter fill and copy
go back to PSP8 and right click anywhere inside the gray area,
paste as a new image.
Now repeat those steps for the other 2 glitter fills so that you now have 3 new images pasted into PSP8.
It should look something like this
Click on A in PSP8 then click inside your blank image.
Your text entry box will pop up. Select the luv n kisses font and size 72.
Type in the letter z then click on apply.
Move your lips till it looks something like this. Press Ctrl d to paste it.
Over to the right click on the color pallet and change you font color to something other than what you just used.
Click inside your picture with the lips so that your text entry box comes up again.
Now select the font Saginaw, size 72 and type in Kiss Me then apply. Move the font till it centers inside the picture.
Select your pan tool which is the arrow, right click inside the kiss me picture and copy, right click anywhere in the gray and paste as a new image. Do this three times so that you now have 4 identical frames.
From here on out we will be working with the 3 frames you just copied and pasted, not the very first frame, you can minimize it to get it out of your way. So when I say first frame I mean the first of the 3 you just pasted.
Click on the first frame to select it, now click on your magic wand tool and click on the lips till all of the lips are highlighted.
Now click on your color pallet select and select pattern, find the first red glitter, select it and click OK
Select your flood fill too and click on the lips, it will fill your lips with the red glitter. Ctrl d to paste it.
Repeat this with both the second and third frames, but select the second glitter for the second frame and the third glitter for the third frame.
You should get this
Once you have your lips filled in we are going to change the color of the glitter to use on the Kiss Me.
Click on your first glitter fill to select it
Click on Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize
I made mine blue
Select OK then repeat this for the other 2 color fills.
Select your Magic Wand tool and click on Kiss Me in the first frame until the entire words are highlighted.
Click on your color pallet, the red glitter should still be showing, click on it and then select the first blue glitter. Click OK.
Select your flood fill tool and click on Kiss Me until it is completely filled with the new glitter color. Ctrl d to paste it.
Repeat those steps for the other 2 Kiss Me pictures, make sure to use the second blue glitter for the second Kiss Me and the third glitter fill for the third Kiss Me.
After you have completed that, save each frame by going to file and save as, name them Kiss1 Kiss2 and Kiss3 save them as Animation Shop {*.psp}
Go back to Animation Shop 3 and go to file, Animation Wizard
On the first pop up make sure same size as the first image frame is selected
click next
Make sure Transparent is selected
click next
Centered in the frame and With canvas color is checked
click next
Yes, repeat animation indefinitely is checked
click next
Add image, add all three of your images
click next
click finish
Save your animation by clicking file, save as
name your animation kissme
when the pop up comes up click on customize, make sure its set on 255 colors
then click next until it says finished.
