After you have downloaded the fonts you want, unzip them if they need be.  It's easiest to download them to your desktop.  So once you have them on your desktop,

Go to My computer

click on Local Disk (C:)

click on the WINDOWS folder

click on the Fonts folder

click on restore down in the top right corner

Now all you have to do is drag your fonts over into the Fonts folder.

That's it.
