What this will do is, when someone clicks on your comments it will open in a new window instead of your iframe.

Log into greymatter

Click on  Edit Templates

Click on Edit Main Index-Related Templates

Add the below code into the < head > section.  Just make sure it goes between < head > and </ head >

Scroll to the bottom and click on Save Template Changes.

Now click on Edit Karma & Comments-Related Templates.

In the text box that says {{commentslink}} Template

Replace the code that is there with the code below.

[<a href="{{pagelink}}" onclick="pop(this.href,'comment','400','375','yes');return false">{{commentstatussmart}}</a>]

Scroll down and click Save Template Changes.  Make sure the Automatically rebuild all files after saving is checked.

That's it, it should be working now.
