What this will do is add a picture in the place of  your name when you post an entry.

Make a picture of yourself or find a picture or blinkie that you like, make sure the file is small, you don't want some huge picture showing up.

Go to www.yoururl.com/gm/gm.cgi

Click on edit templates

Click on Edit main index related templates, scroll down till you  find the box that says Index entry templates: standard entries

Paste this code into the box after it says {{entrymainbody}}

Replace the youremailaddy and yourpicture.gif with your actual email and picture url.

Click on save template changes.

When you view your page you should now have your picture showing with a link to your email.
