Simply insert this code into your page.

It's a simple marquee that will cover up the banner, I have it set for black  bgcolor:#000000" you can change the color to whatever color you need it to be to match the background of your page.  If you don't know what color number you are using you can go to my color chart

Copy the code, open your easy designer page, click on insert, then click advanced html and use ctrl v to paste.  Place this code at the top of your page.
