4: You must have your own site or are hosted. Sorry no free sites.
5: Your must add the rotation code to your site before I accept you.
6: The banner must be visible on your site.
7: No cheating, such as adding it in an iframe that refreshes every 10 seconds.
8: Your banner must be a jpeg, gif, or png. No flash banners.
9: The code must stay up during hiatus.
